Report a Problem
Tell us what happened and we will look at it.
Somebody is impersonating me or someone else
Because Patrons App has no accounts and no servers, we cannot ban a user, take down a display name or identify a device. There is nothing for us to reach. We are telling you this plainly rather than accepting a report we cannot act on.
What actually helps:
- Do not pay. The bank-registered name on your UPI confirmation screen will not match. See Payment Safety.
- If money was taken, report it to your UPI app, your bank, and cybercrime.gov.in or 1930 in India. They can act; we cannot.
- Tell us anyway at admin@pplsttech.com. Patterns of misuse tell us what to change in the app.
Security issues
If you have found a vulnerability in the app or in its Bluetooth protocol, please write to admin@pplsttech.com with enough detail to reproduce it. Give us a reasonable opportunity to fix it before publishing. We will not pursue legal action against anyone who reports a genuine issue in good faith and does not access, alter or destroy other people’s data.
Bugs and feedback
Send them to admin@pplsttech.com. Please include your device model, OS version, and what you expected to happen.
Legal and law enforcement requests
Requests may be sent to admin@pplsttech.com. Please note that we hold no user accounts, no transaction records, no logs of app usage, no location data and no personal data of any kind. We cannot produce records that do not exist, and we cannot identify a user. Any transaction record you are seeking sits with the UPI application and the banks involved.
