Data Deletion

There is no account to close and no deletion request to file. Everything is on your device, so you delete it yourself, instantly.
To delete everything: uninstall Patrons App. Because nothing is ever transmitted to a server, uninstalling is a complete and permanent deletion. No copy survives anywhere.
To clear individual details
- Open Patrons App.
- Tap the settings icon in the top right.
- Change or clear your name, UPI ID or profile photo.
- Tap Save.
To remove a profile photo, tap the photo and choose Remove photo.
To delete everything
- Android. Press and hold the app icon, choose Uninstall. Or Settings › Apps › Patrons App › Uninstall. You may also choose Clear storage to wipe the data while keeping the app.
- iOS. Press and hold the app icon, choose Remove App, then Delete App.
What about data other people received?
If somebody tapped you to pay, their device received your UPI ID and photo at that moment, in the same way it would have if you had read your UPI ID aloud. That copy is on their device and under their control, not ours. We cannot reach into another person’s phone to remove it.
Requesting deletion from us
We have nothing to delete. We hold no account, no profile, no log and no backup relating to you. If you would like written confirmation of that for your records, write to admin@pplsttech.com.
